Introduction

Dr. Bina founded the Bina Dental Institute “BDI” to help general dentists learn how to restore dental implants with ease. He has been working with and assisting dentists for many years to overcome their challenges in this field. The objective of this course is to build confidence in the dental team to successfully take on and systematically complete simple to challenging implant cases. If your patients require implants in combination with natural teeth, a full mouth implant reconstruction or even an implant denture reconstruction, you will learn to master the tools and procedures required to successfully manage and complete these cases.

 

By the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Learn how to Utilize over 7 different impression techniques, including digital impressions.
  • Be able to Discuss abutment choices: standard abutments versus custom abutments, ceramic versus titanium abutments.
  • Recognize indications for cemented versus screw-retained crowns and individual crown options versus splinting.
  • Learn about implant restoration torque requirements.
  • Understand the difference in impression techniques vs natural teeth.
  • How to avoid common restoration complications such as screw loosening, porcelain fracture, etc.
